Manages normative legal affairs, monitoring and control of simple procurements, coordinates the assessment of the fulfilment of conditions and the development of solutions/opinions for starting the negotiation procedure without prior publication of calls for public tenders, providing advisory assistance to clients and bidders, coordination in the work on the preparation of annual reports on public procurements carried out and concluded contracts, preparation and realization of trainings in the field of public procurements as a lecturer, online trainings organized by the Human Resources Department, participates in drafting of the Law on Public Procurement and the by-laws that follow the implementation of this Law, drafting tables of compliance of regulations in the field of public procurement with the Directives of the European Union, acting on the requests of clients and bidders on the interpretation of the provisions of the Law, participating in the drafting of the Strategy for the Improvement of Public Procurement Policy and Public-Private Partnership, harmonizing regulations in the field of public procurement with the electronic system of public procurement, creating expert instructions in the application of the Law, assisting in the creation of a list of contracting authorities, preparation of a unified dictionary public procurement, cooperates and exchanges information with international organizations and institutions, informs the inspection and other competent authorities about observed irregularities in public procurement procedures.
