This extensive cross-jurisdictional exposure provides her with a deep and versatile professional background, further strengthening her ability to navigate and advise on sophisticated procurement and infrastructure initiatives.
Oana has contributed extensively to advancing sustainable and innovative public procurement practices in Romania. Her work includes the development of comprehensive manuals and guides for companies engaging in socially and environmentally responsible procurement, as well as tailored materials for contracting authorities aimed at improving the design and implementation of sustainable and innovative procurement procedures.
Oana has also played a key role in drafting a detailed guide on preparing and carrying out cross-border sustainable and innovative procurement procedures, aligned with the latest EU procurement directives and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
