Stana Đuran is the GM of the Courtyard Belgrade City Center hotel, which is part of the Marriott International group. She graduated from the Hospitality and Tourism High School in Belgrade, basic and master's studies at "Singidunum" University, at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, where she is currently a teaching associate. She proudly points out that she started building her career from the position of a maid, and just a few years ago she became the youngest, extremely successful general manager at Marriott International in the Eastern Europe region. She gained experience abroad, primarily working in America, but also in hotels in Belgrade. Her progress was gradual, but thanks to her love for her work, she always achieved outstanding results, gaining experience in different hotel sectors. The complete dedication to the hotel industry and its employees is best illustrated by its motto: "Employees always come first"! Since 2021, he is the proud holder of the GM of the Year award under the Good Service Ambassador brand and an active participant in the organization of HSK workshops and conventions.
