Tanja Radusinovic is director of the Project department at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, since 2018. Her duties are: designing and applying appropriate projects, managing the production of the required deliverables, planning and monitoring the projects, monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary, identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project, managing project administration, conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed, preparing any follow-on action recommendations. From 2018 till now Project Department implemented 29 projects funded through different EU programs. From 2006 till 2018 she was Advisor to the President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro. She prepared and organized business missions in country and abroad, coordinated cooperation and communication with chambers association (EUROCHAMBRES, CIF WB6, ICC, ASCAME) She was national coordinator of European Parliament of Enterprises.

 

She was educated in different fields: internationalization, access to finance, digital transformation, open data management and innovation. Tanja Radusinovic has completed trainings and internship programs in the field of management in Germany, Japan and Slovenia. She was coordinator and co-author of electronic guide for business organization and enterprises: Doing business with the EU, published 2010, Roadmap toward circular economy in Montenegro. She is coordinator of Economic Conference Montenegro since its establishing 2009.

 

Tanja Radusinovic participated at numerous conference and roundtables as a speaker or moderator. She organized significant number of educative activities with topics important for strengthening competitiveness of SME, including innovation, access to finance, their entrance to the single market, etc.
