    With a rich educational background, Festim holds a PhD in Computer Sciences specializing in Advanced Information Systems from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana. He served as Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, where he played a pivotal role in implementing government programs.
